A Infrastructure Ltd (AIL) of of Kanoria Group of Industries has proposed Asbestos Cement Pressure pipes and sheets manufacturing Unit (Asbestos Cement Sheet 1,25,000 TPA and Asbestos Cement Pressure Pipe 1,00,000 TPA) at Pandaul Industrial Area under Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority (BIADA) village Sagarpur, tehsil Hati, Madhubani in Bihar.
The project is estimated to cost Rs 900 million. The project was considered for issuing Environmental Clearance (EC) on April 18, 2011 and the EC was issued on May 13, 2011 disregarding its fatal impact on human lives. A Infrastructure Limited headquartered at Hamirgarh, Bhilwara, Rajasthan uses the word "A" in its name to avoid using the name of ticking time bomb "Asbestos".

Rajasthan based A Infrastructure Ltd has got approval for establishment of 1, 25, 000 MT per year capacity Asbestos Cement (A.C.) Sheet and 1,00,000 MT per year capacity A.C. Pressure Pipe at Pandaul Industrial Area, Madhubani.
